We want to make sure you absolutely love your purchase! If your apparel does not fit or if you are not satisfied for any reason, we do allow returns for a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

You must submit a return request within 10 DAYS of receiving your order. 

If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at shop@dancethemagic.com and include your order number. When sending back your item for return, you must include the original packing list with the item(s) circled that you wish to return. All merchandise returned must be unworn/unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received. All refunds will be reimbursed through your original method of payment.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the return process and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at shop@dancethemagic.com. Please include your order number and photo if necessary. 

EXCHANGES

You must submit an exchange request within 10 DAYS of receiving your order. 

If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email us at shop@dancethemagic.com and include your order number and a link to the item you would like to exchange for. When sending back your item for exchange, you must include the original packing list with the item(s) circled that you wish to exchange and a note letting us know which item you would like to exchange it for. All merchandise returned must be unworn/unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received. In the event your exchange requires additional payment, you must pay the difference before the order is re-sent out. In the event your exchange results in a credit to you, your credit will come back to you through your original method of payment.
