Event Registration Information

Registration Deadline:
All registration forms and final payments must be received by June 6, 2008. Any registration forms or final payments received after the registration deadline will be charged a $10 per performer late fee.

Participation Guidelines
Participant are required to follow these guidelines throughout the event

Disney® Release Waiver
All participating dancers/or gaurdians are required to fill out and sign a release waiver to be eligible to attend the Dance the Magic Summer Dance Classic event at Disneyland®.

Audition Request Form
ALL DIRECTORS MUST SUBMIT an Audition Request form along with a audition tape/dvd to be considered for the showcase performance.

Studio Director Information
This includes all information the studio director requires to register their studio to attend the Summer Dance Classic.
